Mailbag
 
Mr. Hamilton and Mr. Walsh announced that the Chapter 90 money figures were in and explained the Chapter 90 formula.
 
The Board discussed the vote of the House and Senate to remove the cap on the lottery money.
 
Mr. Hamilton reminded the citizens of the Wellness Fair being held Wednesday, April 12th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Standish Sportsman Club.
 
The Board discussed Calvin Harlow Day and the events taking place on April 8, 2006 at Sachem Rock Farm.  Ms. McNulty will speak on behalf of the Board.
 
Ms. McNulty reminded the residents of the Friends of Seniors meeting on Tuesday April 11, 2006 at the Library.
 
Open Forum
 
Ms. Elizabeth Zaleski of Harvard Street was present to state the she felt that Mr. Samia and the Board of Health made a factually inaccurate statement to the Brockton Enterprise, that she would like the Board to formally review this issue, and would like a public apology.
 
Mr. Walsh stated that the Board would take this issue under review.
 
m/Hamilton, s/McNulty, a unanimous vote, move to close Open Session and go into Executive Session for the purposes of discussing pending litigation and will not be returning to Open Session.
 
VOTE:  Yes – Walsh, Hamilton, McNulty; a unanimous vote in favor.
